On this page we will set out our terms of service for clients and our general terms and conditions for members of the public and or partner agencies or authorities.

Creating a file with us Terms

1. All information you provide to our team is fully on a consent basis, so anything you dont tell our team is your choice however in some cases this may affect how we handle your case and or the result / outcome.
2. By creating a case file with us you agree to us storing, viewing and in some cases sharing your personal information with our partners, other agencies and or law enforcement.

Fees and Payments

1. Any and all fees, costs and charges are set by external agencies. In some cases we may add additional costs and fees but this will alway be made aware to you as a consumer. All costs included VAT at the rate applicable for the charge type and at that time.
2. You as a consumer and or partner using our services, All costs are billed via invoice and the invoice will display a due date by default unless you are a credit consumer, All invoices must be paid and cleared on time. Late payments may cause additional fees to be added and or further collections action.
3. We do reserve the right to run a soft credit check on any clients in the interest of asset protection and or fraud prevention.

Cancellation & Termination of Service / Instruction

1. Our services are classifed as a Distance Contract (as defined) which has cancellation rights set out below.
2. Contracts and or Instructions can be cancelled at ANY time however fees and costs may become due in full.
3. Cancellation fee of £150 and and Admin Fee of £75 maybe applied and become due in full.

Free Services and Advice

Some of our advice services and consualtations are free of charge, If there is ever charge this will always be disclosed to the consumer before accepting service.
